Field Day Information
Church clean-up day will be on Sunday, April 20, 2008, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be served. All members of the Fellowship Committee are asked to come and assist in the serving of the lunch. Assignment Sheet
All church members are needed to help clean the church--men, women, girls and boys.
What are we going to clean? Everywhere. Every room, wall, window, and the outside.
Members will be assigned specific tasks or areas to clean. Members can volunteer to clean a task or can be assigned. Here are some of the areas:
Members are encouraged to bring tool or equipment to clean. Here are a few items needed:
- Ten regular brooms
- Four long handle brooms
- Six mops
- Six cleaning buckets
- Four wheel barrels
- Eight Shovels
- New or clean paint brushes or dust brushed (for dusting and cleaning)
- Paint brushes
- Dust caps for the nose (individuals bring their own)
- Scraper and chisels
- Hammers
- Some of the Specific Areas to be Cleaned
- Volunteer needed for each area
- Five storage areas (small rooms). Three volunteers needed for each room
- Under the balcony upstairs. Four volunteers needed
- Bathrooms
- Scraping old cement off the floors
- Scraping old cement off steps going to balcony
- Scraping old cement off steps going to baptistery
- All window sills of the sanctuary (in and out)
- All window sills of the wings

Outstanding Lay Preacher at Living Faith
[March 18, 2008] Keith Major, an outstanding Adventist lay preacher, noted speaker, and Stewardship Director for the Johnson Park Seventh-day Adventist Church, Nassau, will be speaking at the Living Faith Seventh-day Adventist Church on Sabbath, March 29, 2008. He is the founder and president of KITS (Keith's International Training Services)
Two Weddings at Living Faith
On Sunday, March 16, 2008, Brian Rolle and Latoya English were joined in Holy Matrimony. Brian is a graphics designer and Latoya, a native of Jamaica, is a teacher. The couple is honeymooning in Jamaica. The ceremony was performed by Pastors Barrington Brennen and Paul Scavella.
On Tuesday, March 18, 2008, Ronnie Rahming and Peaches Rollins were joined in Holy Matrimony in a private wedding at the Living Faith Church. The couple was baptized at the Sweet Redemptive Crusade and received numerous hours of counseling by Pastor Brennen.
